got the map references thanks does anyone know if its suitable for towing a camper trailer? is it like the barry way or the alpine way both out of jindabyne?, or is it like the old grafton road from glen innes? it seems to only about 14lks long but would not want to get stuck on a section where there is no overtaking and/or meet another camper trailer coming the other way any suggestions would be helpful is the road from brindabella to tumut a fair rd as the topographical shows it to be a'' winder'' dont want to cross paths with a loaded timber jink on the way as they dont really give too much way to anyone , as have come acoss them before up in the forest around dorrigo, i dont know what was more scary ..the fully loaded timber truck or the screams from my wife and 3 kids!!?

hi mmmr,

brindabella road from picadilly to tumut is suitable for campertrailers
there are are few narrow sections but no long areas of "single" lane like barry way.
narrow bit is on eastern end from picadilly down to brindabella , then road opens up to good quality gravel road and its tar from the pine forests on tumut side into town where the logging trucks run.
usually no logging trucks canberra side just watch the motor bikes on weekends
cheers
