Years ago I visited a camping ground on the Western side of the Goodradigbee River at Brindabella. I believe the road that accessed it is now closed. I read in a guide book of a camping area on the eastern bank of the Goodradigbee. Can anyone let me know about this area.

Cheers
John

You could be talking about Macintyres Hut S35°15.960', E148°44.306'. Visited there (but didn't camp) in July 2004.
Several large flat areas for camping exist. There is an old tin hut, but no amenities.
