It does, unless they claim abuse by the driver.

that may be the case but it is not specified in the add ,this add may help some people with their claims against Nissan especially in dep of fair trading judgements, worth considering ?????????? i have been contesting cases with dep fair trading for 15 years never lost a case easy to win if you are prepared and not redicululous.....one tip if you want to disadvantage the other side, lets say they are registered in
Melbourne list the case in
sydney or else where they then have to attend where it is listed not worth their time to travel from melb etc so they forfeit the case.Had a case against a client in
Cobar he failed to attend the case listed in the illawarra therefore lost the case tribunal sends the sheriffs officer to
cobar or elsewhere to seize property etc works the same with large companies, have done it with a company with a
sydney address............worth a thought

hi there
warranty conditions do not need to be displayed in ads
as for new vehicles, read the warranty conditions in your hand book

TDF,
I through my work appear in the CTTT, and other tribunals regularly.
Respondants who are located away from where the matter is being heard are given the option to appear by teleconference or videoconference.
If it can be proven by the other party you have had hearings moved to disadvantage the other party, the Tribunal member can and most times will take that into account when handing down their decision.
Yes sometimes it can work to your advantage, but be very carefull. The Tribunal members will suss you out
