We have a party of 3 travelling across the Anne Beadell in June, just wanted to
check to see if anyone knows the latest about fuel availability.
Firstly is ULP available at Illkurlka Roadhouse, also does either the Illkurlka Roadhouse,
Laverton or
Leonora have LPG. Can do the trip without it but just checking to see if its available.
We will be heading from
Laverton to the
Pilbara and then following the coast from
Karratha down around the coast to
Augusta,
Esperance etc and
home, cant wait... :-)

Oh dear, don't tell me you are attempting to drive that toy car of yours across the AB......lol Make sure everything is double nutted afore ye go.
Yes ,there is ULP at Ilkurlka but as mentioned, best to ring before. Ring the
Laverton Shire offices to see if they know about LPG. I would say that there should be some available either there ot at
Leonora.
Cheers

Dear Dear Mr Kempin, I am guessing my toy Car will at least start... LOL
Member - Ann D has already replied re LPG at
Laverton and
Leonora but I have already also sent out an email to the shire.
Great to catch up with you and Judith on the weekend, hope you had a cooler run
home under the cover of darkness.

I would work out what fuel you will buy and ask them to reserve it for you and advise of your planned arrival date.
They are very good with this,
but some people just turn up and expect fuel to be there like there local servo, so at least if you have it booked you are assured of some.
The corrugation meter goes off the dial once you hit the SA section

wdric thanks for the contact details, will get in touch with them a couple of months before we leave.
I assume when you say the corrugation meter goes off once you hit the SA section thats if your coming from West to East.
We will be coming fro0m
Coober Pedy so will be gratefull to see the border from what everyone informs me..
Still I guess thats what we go off road for, otherwise I would drive the coastal road across the Nullarbor
