We seem to have multi people with same name.

Member - Andrew I've seen 3 I think! Time to work on another naming convention I think,

Anyone else noticed this?

I thought if a name was already on the list, the register would reject the new member and ask for another title. It usually does I thought, is it just this forum with the problem?

Apparently not. A while ago some juvenile used my screen name to enter a childish post. The trick was, he couldn't (or didn't think to) replicate my member rig and "signature".Talk is cheap ...

Truckster bleep ster, you have far too much time on your hands. Who actually gives a toss about crap like the question that you have put up. Spend less time on the Box on your desk and spend more time in your Box with wheels. It is by far more fun. Get a life.

Maybe Truckster works (!!!!) for a government dept. like me, so he's got plenty of spare time on his hands.
He won't have any in the afternoon as that's when we spend time looking out the window dreaming of far off places!

Im sorry for making such a f*uckwit of myself, and my head couldnt be further up my ar*e if I tried..

Again, I apologise, and will use my real name next time, as I have no balls.

As you can see I have no life, I have to put $hit on others to appear knowledgeable.

Hi Guys
I believe Truckster is talking about me. I have just joined, and my member name is Andrew, but my visitors name was dozer. If i sign in as a visitor, (as i have had a few problems working out how things work) then im dozer. To add to that, i uploaded a photo and signature aswell, so i can relate to you truckster. BTW hows those rectangle hella lights going? yep, my screen name for ebay is limo4b -another variable.

Why did Andy have to say that ?

If we can't speak freely about the things on our minds (as long as it is within reason) why bother being here !

Truckster has a point about names especialy if your not a member, It can be hard to know who your talking too.

Example: My name was just Kev. (notice the full stop) and someone else logged in as Kev and started talking about Nissans :-(

I had to change my name so people could tell us apart.

I don't see why you should be jumped on for bringing up such a subject.

Kev.

Nice try Truckster. Visitor name andy does not have a capital A at the beginning. You may think that you know a little about computers and try and trick everyone. It has been obvious to most forum regulars that you often use other forum users names to get off a bit of frustration. I suggest when you get a bit agro, instead of immitating others names to make them look stupid, go out into the back yard and roll in the mud that is at the outlet to your septic tank. Oh sorry, they now have mains sewage in Langwarren. Maybe you should spank yourself with a black pudding or go down to the Karingal hub and hang out with the kids with their cigarettes on their shoulders. Please Please take your agro away and stop immitating people who actually use this forum for the purpose that it is intended. Sharing information.

I didn't see any agro in Trucksters original question,
some time ago I suggested putting your State etc after the name
to make it easier to identify the poster, some did & some did not
others added an identity.

Members have the ability to adjust their screenname - just go into your My profile page and change the ScreenName to what ever you want it to be.

The system defaults to Member - Firstname, this is of course changable.Regards

David,

Would it be possible to give us more space for names? Then we could identify ourselves as name, state, and vehicle year/type.
