Just done the updat to the new car on my webpage , scroll to the cars and click on them.

Drizzle rain here at El Arish , any your way, going by the weather map of the gulf we might be in for a drenching as it's heading S.E

been raining here all arvo Doug ,, got me outa mowing the yard ,, still got washing the truck in this morning , it looks to be heading your way ,, as for the cars , Ford have held Holden back on the full VE as they say they had nothing to put up against it ,, thought thats what the racing was all about ,, will check tomorrow , bed time for me ,, don't think we'll be doing to much but with all this rain , things will be a bit boggy !!

Thanks Vince B ,, as they say ,, when only the best will do ,, tax man said we made too much money on paper ,, just wish he'd show me where it is ,, anyway , he said better go and buy something ,, mmmm , a new car I thinks to myself ,, Margie said , I thought you'd just but a small runabout , HA , not likely ,, the first time I saw a photo of the VE I said ,, I WANT ONE ,, have to say ,, no regrets ,, fantastic car to drive ,, well ,, when i get a chance !!

As for the Paj ,, had it for 6 years , done everything we have asked of it , has been a very reliable unit ,, wont be parting with it for a long while yet ..

If your refering to HSV Toll car having Ford components then your a GOOSE,

But it AIN'T Holden front end (but based on the Ford setup- upper/lower control arms, not McPherson strut)
It AIN'T a Holden (or any GM) engine configuration (based on Ford block)
It AIN'T a Holden rear diff/axle setup (based on Ford setup)
It AIN'T a Holden gearbox...(it's a Hollinger, based on European Ford)
And even the VE body shell- isn't a VE bodyshell. It had to be shortened severely to fit the Project Blueprint wheelbase- on the VZ wheel base, for the 'common floor pan' also based on Ford design.
