Bob,

I heard that the MAROONS were were going to win 3 - Nil yet again this year.
Even Barry has admitted defeat before a game has been played LOL

Cheers Kev

Bob,

We humans actually advocate a game that includes moving the ball forward by kicking it forward, not by throwing it backwards in an attempt to propel it forward.

A row of blokes trying to shove another row of blokes up another row of blokes freckles????

Perhaps Hopoate had something LOL.

Jim.

dedabato,

Soccer ??? That's where they kick the ball every which way and fall down every time someone comes within arms length.

Reminds me that Emu Creek Bush Get-a-way are planning, I believe to host another 'Battle of the states' 4x4 comp on the lines that our great hosts Neil and Liz organized in 1999. They, of course, incorporated a (kind of) football mud match then the, full on amateur 4x4 mud driving competition. Our group drove the 1,200 odd kms ea. way from Emerald, Qld for it. We entered my well kitted diesel Rocsta SWB & son's well set up HJ-45 diesel flat top. Was a blast of a weekend. They had some wicked/crazy guys on the P.A. system.. Great tucker, venue, crowd, rigs, weather, hosts and most important, fun. My Rocsta is sitting in one of our sheds, ready to do it all again. I'm not sitting in a shed (but in my Dot-Com donga) also ready to go. Best of luck to the new owners of 'EMU' Paradise in the mountains.
