I am considering buying a CTEC SX 25000 battery charger for my camper as existing one fell to bits on rough roads. Charging 2 x 12v sealed lead acid deep cycle batteries. to be used on mains power or digital genset
Anyone had any experience with these chargers.

The best battery chargers available.
The 25000 is a 15 amp charger suitable for 50Ah to 500Ah batteries.
If any battery you wish to charge is less than 50Ah, the 7000 (7amp) charger may be a better choice.
But if your single, or combined battery(s) are more than 50Ah each, the 25000 would be an ideal choice.
I have the XS 7000 and find it great.

I believe the 25000 series is 25amp not 15amp.! I have 2 of these in action on my boat and they are fantastic. They are very compact for the 25 amps output and do not spike , if incorrectly connected. I also like the stages of charge indicator , it gives you a very good idea of where your batteries are at. When peak charging they run at their hottest and when approaching near full you will notice a drop in temp and fan speed, nice little touches that help you manage your batteries. I have run of these together giving me 50amps out for charging around 500AH's

Whoops,
You are right, the 25000 is a 25 amp charger.
I think I got everything else correct:-))

Thanks chaps, they claim 25 amp and you have convinced me at $350 sounds like good price since others want around $500 for this charger.
