Hi guys,
There are no open fires permitted in Salvator Rosa or Ka Ka Mundi
and ATM there is quite a high fire danger due to the long dry grass.
As for generators that depends on if there is anyone else there that you would annoy. I would advise against it as there have been lots of vehicles heading out that way in the last month.

If you need more specific info call Alex (senior ranger) in Springsure
on 07 49841716.

We were in Salvatore Rosa 10 days ago. They (Nat Parks) had a barbecue set up and we used it.Ranger came by while we were getting the fire ready and said nothing about it. So I guess you can have a fire.

We were camped just near the river. My friends and I (two vehicles) were the only ones there.

I guess if there is nobody around you could run your generator. Usual "camp etiquette" rules apply I should imagine.

It is a terrific spot.
