We decided on the Thursday before the Queens B/day long weekend we were going away camping. So I thought I would look for a rubbish bag to hang off spare wheel.

I found infront camping gear and saw they had canvas bags at a special price. I didn't know where they were so sent an email asking where they are and if I could buy one of their bags and have it by Friday. (Hoping they were in Adelaide)

To my surprise he replied half an hour later and said if I wanted it he would express post and I would have it the very next day from Melbourne.

I found their service with willingness to please the customer 2nd to none, and price wise was best I have seen on this sort of product from other retail stores.

Cheers Luke

I agree totally with Luke

You know what - I did EXACTLY the same thing except I also ordered 2 roof rack bag and 2 roof rack bags for my camper trailer.
All of them arrived in two days because I needed them for a weekend trip.
They were custom made too!

Again no affiliation just great service !!!

Agree Luke the owners of Infront Camping Klaus and Lynn run a really great little business.
He is a very nice guy and nothing seems to be to much trouble for him.
If he does not have it then tell him what you want and he will make it, incredible range of handy bits and pieces all top quality.

No affiliation just another happy camper :-)

Luke,
you are finding out what some of us have known for some time now, Klaus is an A1 bone fide good service provider. He is a genuinely nice bloke and the customers' needs come first.

Good to see him get good publicity on here from time to time just so his name stays IN FRONT (sorry) of our minds when we are shopping. I will plug his goods whenever I get a chance.

Have to agree Luke.

Have ordered different things, some made to order, and all have been done quickly and great quality.

Only too happy to recommend.

I could not agree more. I had a portable loo bag that had a faulty carry handle, and when I contacted Klaus he almost turned himself inside out to help me, and ultimately replaced the bag.

One of the best I have come across.

Cheers

Hi Luke,

I can also support your comments.
I also received prompt and efficient service from Klaus when I bought a "Cobb Bra". (wind break for the Cobb cooker)

Good Company to deal with.

I've got a heap of Klaus's gear. He helped design and made the Cobb Oven thermal covers (see my profile page for a picture) which greatly improved the efficiency and heat retention of the Cobb oven. Currently roadtesting an extra heavy duty set of rear wheel bags. Great service and great prices as well.

Cheers. Mick
