No, extremely unlikely.

Bulldust has the consistency of talcum powder and settles in holes on the track. The danger is not "seeing" the hazard and dropping a wheel into a deep hole that is covered by the red bulldust.

You won't get bogged, but may well break an axle or something else detrimental to ongoing travel.

If your very careful, plan well and apply the Dill logic I can guarantee a good bog in a long, deep Bull Dust hole.

One of my favourites is having no vision for 10 - 15 seconds then hitting that little cliff at the other end.

Then of cause, the missus starts to ark up about the dust in the car!

LOL

You certainly can get bogged in bulldust. I've seen track conditions so bad up in the gulf country years ago that the cattle road trains were dry bogging in the kilometre long stretches of bulldust.
We were driving along at about 2kph in a 4wd Hilux and it would put the bonnet right under in the deeper bits and the dust would come over the bonnet like water. It would go very dark nd quiet in the cab and the poor old donk would nearly cut out due to a lack of air.

Yes I agree with Peter. If you havent seen someone bogged in buldust then you really have not been in the bad stuff. I worked on the roads in the Gulf, Normanton to Kowinyama and Normanton to Burktown back in the late 80s early 90s. They can become bottomless after a lot of road trains have been through and basicly you belly out. The truck has a lot wider wheelbase and a lot larger tyres, you end up with the belly of your vehicle on the hard stuff with the wheels spinning in talcom powder! You can not go around, as in those days there would be numerous sidetracks to choose from but they all finished up in the same condition. Yes you can get bogged in bulldust, I used to select low 2nd 4x4 for the massive patches, do not go hard as the holes can only be felt not seen. Hopefully there is no roads like this anymore, though I am just about to drive from Boulia across to Alice springs. There could be some there by now. Regards Tony
