Does anyone out there known what the dirt road between barcaldine -aramac-Torrens creek is like for the towing of a caravan.
I would like to use this road as a short cut to Townsville and am planning to go within the next month.
I would greatly appreciate any feedback on this section as I am new to towing and have never taken this route. Thanks

Andrew, I just had a phone call from one of the locals at Torrens creek and he said a lot more is bitumen now and the rest was graded recently, he said there were a few holes still but overall quite good
