Hi All,
we are considering converting our 05 100s to D-Gas. Does anyone know how much it might cost and how much Rebate there is?

Thanks in advance!

I have a 2005 100 series turbo diesel I am also considering converting. I note you are based in WA whilst I am based in Sydney. However I understand there are 2 different systems available
1 ---is the Sequential Vapour Injection system marketed by Dieselgas Technologies and this appears to be the a system which uses the latest technology. The system is promoted at most of the 4wd & camping shows. I got quoted a price here in Sydney of around $4500 but then you get a government rebate of $2000 so system ends up costing you $2500
2 ---a GEN IV Vapour Injection System marketed by Dieselgas Australia. This does appear to be an older system and company is based in SA. Unsure how many distributors or where they are located .
Have read info on both companys websites and I am favouring the Dieselgas Technologies system, they also seem to have a greater number of installers and distibutors and all reviews I have read seem to favour this system. However this is a matter for you to check out. I have no connection with either company. Goodluck.

Hi Escape Artists,
there was a fairly in depth comment from Steve on post/thread No. 58303 on June 2 2008 re this subject. I recommend you look it up.
It was very promising.

Mine's going through the conversion today... probably the older system. Costing $3300 with a big tank. Then $2000 back.... hope it's worth it!
