After owning an Oztent for approx. 10 years I finally had to go to their store at Wetherill
Park,
Sydney for help with one of the sliding bars. Steve, the repair man, showed me how to fix my problem and even dug out some of the superseded parts that I needed. I have no connection with Oztent but I am just letting other
Forum readers kinow that not only do they sell a great product but their after-sales service is the best I have come across.

I can second that ... I have one, and so has a mate. He busted one of the struts (his fault ... or perhaps Mr Tooheys ...) and they moved heaven and earth to get him replacement parts within two days .. and we were not in a
well populated centre. They are terrific.

Yep...I can agree that service and backup from Oztent is excellent.
Had cause to whinge about the tight fit of the tent bag and how long and exhausting an effort it was to get the bloody thing back in the bag (it defeated the purpose of easy up/down). Sent the bag back and it was replaced without hassle at their expense with a larger bag. It's a dream to use now. Would highly recommend them.
