Todd,
I've always found Roof Rack World (Sunshade Products) in
Adelaide to carry a good range at a reasonable price.
I'm sure if you give them a call, they can recommend the right products for your particular roof rack setup.

Todd, on my roofrack I had two 2" long pieces of tube that the long handled spade fitted into welded to the side. One tube had a hole drilled and a M6 nut welded to it. Drill hole in spade handle to locate bolt and there you go. Hi lift jack was bolted to side just by drilling through the side of the roof rack vertical brackets and bolting up with a couple of 12mm high tensile bolts, two spacers, and nyloc nuts. Total cost was $0 - I used what I had in the shed.
