Purchasing a Franklin Micro

Has anybody tried out the
Franklin Micro on this
forum.
I would like to buy one for a trip through the
Kimberley and down the West Coast next year.
I was looking at the new 2008 14"6" model with options of Independent coil or airbag
suspension and electric brakes.
I have driven the
Gibb River Road before and know what damage it can do to a vehicle so I want to set it up to handle the tough stuff.

Goldstream Mini &
Franklin Micro came off the same production line one after the other a couple of years ago, just different stickers.
Goldstream may look familiar.

It was a toss up with a Goldstream Crown 4B so now I am not so sure after reading some of the other topics on this
