Maybe a little more information may help...

Do you mean the ones to turn a Toyota into a pathetic el-cheapo copy of a Hummer?

Or do you mean the Hummer you get down Kings Cross?

A guy was selling ex US military hummers at the Brissy 4x4 show for 50k . They looked like they were sent direct from Iraq. Left hand drive and in need of a fair bit of work by the looks of them

Just enquiring,

How much are Unimogs going for in Oz now? They're coming into the USA from Europe now by the boat load and I've seen them for sale between $8,000 and $15,000 US$.

Regarding Hummers, you can't sell the civilian version over here now, dealers are discounting them $20,000, the market has been taken over by the H2 "baby hummer" I went past our school the other day and saw four of them delivering kids to school.

Alex, yes, there's one thing they can't do - they can't survive a crash.

The H2 is based on the Chev/Holden Suburban Chassis so the two vehicles are really chalk and cheese in 4WD ability.

That is why they are so much cheaper.
