I just cant seem to win. Tracy has something on this Monday, the kids have something at the school on Sunday and due to a workmate in
Sydney stuffing up I have to work at least 1 day across the weekend.
Until the work thing I was planning to come by myself, no camper, nice and easy. Ahh such is life and we will get to one of these WA gatherings one of these days.
I am sure you will all have a great time. What are you planning if the rain is heavy?

S*H*I*T happens Richard. Hopefully the rain won't extend that far east. Forcast has looked promising. Got a tarp just in case.

Have to play it by ear. Have been watching the weather and I don't think they've had much if any in that neck of the woods. If we find the track impassable we'll unfortunately have to backtrack and find something else to look at. Plenty to see and do through that area.

There may be a bit of
water laying about, we where in the Goldfields all last week Orabanda had (depending on who told you) 14-17 mm on Monday.
We where in
Leonora when the front went across, and one mighty big dust storm blow over then came the rain, not much as we where the top of the storm.
the puddle had started to dry and the roads OK strong winds dried them as it was only around 10-15 deg C all day and that night frezzing, nice and worm in the pub but.
have a good trip
you can see the wegles arn't in the GF.. LOL
Cheers
Richard

Thanks Richard, I've been watching the weather and have everything that can be crossed crossed. If we find the track impassible there is still plenty to see and do without doing the entire track. Would be dissapointing though.

Hi Duncan, we were out that way on Friday, we travelled the
Norseman -
Hyden road, turned off on the Cosmic Boy
mine road, went through to
Lake King and found all the roads dry and in very good condition so I don't think you should have too much problems on that end of the
Holland Track. Looking at the weather map tonight I would be surprised if it became too wet.
Have a lovely weekend.
Cheers
Deanna

Afternoon Richard. Yep it's been persisting down here all morning as
well. BOM now have their Radar imagery going out as far as 512km so get to see beyond
Hyden. ATM no rain being recorded. Hope for our sakes it stays that way. Next week and beyond it can rain as much as the farmers would like.
