i had been told by a few ppl to avoid the top tourist
park in
coober pedy cause of filthy ammenities. i took the chance and had the RAA transport my van there [my cars away being fixed] and id like to put it on the record that the
park is as clean as our old
park [stuart range] BUT is $50 p/w cheaper...I dont know where the others based their opinions ...but its dead clean folks and cheaper than the others...no i dont work here.. cheers.. Rod

Good on you for posting that Rod. Hearsay has a nasty habit of perpetuating itself, be it accurate or not. (I have no affiliation with this
park)

We were in
Coober Pedy a few years back and we accepted accommodation at the rear of the op-
shop there. They didn't charge us to stay there. It is in a fully enclosed yard but no power or
toilet facilities only
water. OK if you have a self sufficient c'van

This is the lowest rated
park in Badgers. If you think it deserves a better rating go to
http://home.vicnet.net.au/~badger04/ and put you report in.
