Getting diesel out of clothes

Hi Guys, I can't find the thread posted some months ago on cleaning clothes. From memory it was something surprisiing like adding oil to the water to get the diesel smell out. Tks

Bio Zet powder from the supermarket
does a great job on motor oil and kerosene as well
use it here in the camp laundry and does great job

That stuff stinks like the perverbial, doesn't it ?

I generally have a spare bucket, just for that occasion.
And just soak the article for a few days in it, with a heavy concentration of whatever detergent that SWMBO has in the cupboard. Bang in a little nappysan for good measure
Afete a few days, drop the first batch of water, then into the washing machine.

After that SWMBO is in charge of it

Omo, Drive, both work here.
Only stuff we have problems with are some types of grease and 80W140 gear oil, oh yeah, and silicone sealant....
