It looks to me like a Nile Crocodile with itys heavier and broader snout. The bush in the background alsoi looks like Southern African so I am guessing it could have been taken in Kruger National Park, South Africa or closeby

I reckon the bar at the Birdsville pub would be the safest bar to avoid that sort of obstuction.
