I was talking to a Fuel Tanker Driver, about two hours ago, and he
was saying that Diesel will be in limited supply in the near future
owing to the
Caltex Refinery Problem in
Brisbane, he said at the
moment they are coping, but as soon as the Heavy Industry, such as
Earth Moving and Transport gets back into full work after the
Holiday Break, Diesel will be in short supply for a while, and the
current price is $1-17.9 with a Woolworths Docket or Card
at Elanora on the
Gold Coast.
Cheers

There was a shortage before Christmas at a couple of BP servos in
Toowoomba.
Caltex in
Tamworth central had the pump closed a couple of days ago too.

Gooday,
Filled up at BP Cnr Progress Rd & Boundary Rd Wacol yesterday morning at $1-17.9 normal price.
It's called Postcode Pricing, where I live it is $1-22.9.
I then got my 5% off with BP card. Pays to
shop around when you are in another Postcode, same applies in all citys.
Cheers,
Boroma604.

If you wish to MM Pezza (Qld member on this site) he will give you the run down as he is directly responsible for getting the fuel from the refinery to the bowser. Any problems getting in touch with him then give me a message and I will call him for you.
Mark my words, the bigger the servo (higest volume) the less chance of them running out. You may have to pay more/lt but you will still have access to it.
Regards, Trevor.

The shortage in SEQLD only relates to the
Caltex refinery. Other suppliers like Matilda, Mobile and BP have had full supplies over the Christmas and New Year break while I have noticed several
Caltex outlets being without a variety of fuels for days at a time not just Diesel.
It not all doom and gloom

Yes I agree, its the
Caltex Outlets the Tanker Driver was commenting
about, some of the Woolworths outlets.
