I got to see ACA for the first time this week and noticed it was sponsored by Nissan, Patrol (the add with the L.Cruiser guy trying to
check it out).
Then it kind of dawned on me that Ch 7's current affairs program, according to what I've seen on this site has been playing the "Horrors of Bullbars" line.
My point is, who is sponsoring the Ch 7 version? Does Ch 10 have any current affair show? It seemed kind of fishy....

Not surprising, seven and nine have been running their little dirty tricks campaigns against each other for some time now. I dont think the other channels get too involved in 7 and 9's gutter fight. The current affairs programs seem to be the medium in which they brawl each other.

At the risk of sounding like my mother-in-law, these shows are turning into paid info-mertial (spelling?) type shows ie. one
supermarket verses another, one anti-wrinkle cream verses another and so on. They are suposed to be current affairs and world issues. If I need to get the wrinkles out of something I allready know what to do. like was said above go the ABC.

I stopped watching ACA some 15 years ago after they ran some appalling beat-ups.

I agree with Athol. Just don't watch them. Surely you be out working on the truck or logging into ExplorOz, rather than being insulted by their mindless pap.Bob

That was a great show!!
How close to the bone....
I notice that of all the highly successful ABC shows that the commercials have copied, that is one that they have never picked up on.
Funny about that!
