For the last 24 hours I have been unable to access the Oziexplorer web site.......Despite accessing through my favourites as per normal (and so no misspelling)....or typing in the top bar exactly....or using google search and clicking on the link.....all I can get is Oops!..this link is broken
when I checked using my laptop same thing happens..only common link there is the Next G wireless modem router (bigpond) ..so far I have
used the
tools menu on IE 7 and deleted all search history/ cookies./ add on etc. Hit the F5 key to refresh.....turned the computer off and on again, turned the modem off and on and waited over night
still the same result...........I cannot understand why as a previous helpful post yesterday informed me that the site was working!
Is anyone able to where this damn gremlin is lurking in my network / router etc and how to resolve this? all other web sites are working fine ...just not the one I want!...never experienced anything like it before
thanks

Sydney, using either firefox or IE7.
Can't get it on nextg through mobile either, might be broke.

I am using Next G mobile broadband...so maybe that is the issue?
really appreciate the
feedback as I thought it was my setup and was lining up the bricks to hurl through the screen last night I was so frustrated..this morning was the last straw!

To qualify my reply a bit more I can't access it on either Bigpond Cable Broadband or Next G mobile on the actual phone from northern
Sydney.
Wouldn't be at all surprised if it is a Bigpond problem as I've had similar probs before and they swear black and blue it isn't their system but then funnily enough it works again.
Last time three of us couldn't access one particular site in the US,
Perth,
Melbourne and
Sydney only on bigpond, worked fine on other ISP's. Took nearly 18 months of complaining before it was fixed.

I hope that it sorts itself out soon
Cheers

www.oziexplorer.com website seems to have a gremlin in its system as it will take 20-30 seconds to resolve its homepage. On Firefox 3.0, i find it will not work, as it has trouble "negotiating a connection".
IE7.0 will work for me, as it doesn't seem to time out.
The oziexplorer3.com server address is working once past the homepage.
Oziexplorer runs several mirrored sites, oziexplorer.com, oziexplorer2.com, and oziexplorer3.com
If you want the menu at the moment (to access the Australian page etc) then use this temporary link ==>
www.oziexplorer2.com/mainmenu.html
Hope that helps
Andrew

Andrew
Thanks the link doesnt work by clicking...but opening in a new window gives the front page all funny and blue vertical blinds...BUT the left hand navigation panel works fine and the links from there work fine so I can now get in there and all looks normal thereafter!
Thankyou very much..I remain confused as to why but happy that you have got me there
thanks again
Graeme

Glad that it works for you Graeme. That link i gave was just the left hand menu of the website, hence the strange look to it. The other links being provided are the "main" window on the homepage which wouldn't be very helpful when navigating :-)
