Just thought I'd take the time to highlight the great work many clubs are currently doing in the Victorian fire areas. I've just returned from near Beechworth where several clubs from around
Sydney have given up their
Easter break to come down to assist farmers in the huge task of
clearing hundreds of KM's of damaged fencing. In particular I worked with the Blue Mountains 4x4 club today who no sooner had arrived, pulled on the overalls & proceeded to work till dark.
All the clubs involved across the state that have been quietly working over the last couple of months are to be congratulated as are 4WD Victoria who are coordinating the massive volunteer effort through the rural response group.
Cheers Craig............

Great to hear Craig. That sort of thing does need some muscle rather than skill, the skill of course comes in re-erecting fences. I have an in-law doing a bit of co-ordinating in another area with the service club he is involved with.
