Hi Ken,
We fitted one to our first van and kept it when we sold it ,then fitted it to our current van. Was one of the best things we added to the van.I went to Bunnings and bought enough 90uv shade cloth to go the length of the awning plus one end, then took it to a tent or annex maker and he sewed in the rope to fit in the roller slot, then fitted velcro tabs for the end and brass eyelets across the bottom. The total cost was $200.00.I found the drop of 1.8m was perfect with short anchor ropes fitted to the bottom. Some people leave the shade wall on all the time ,it just rolls up with the vinyl.By getting one end at the same time it allows a bit more protection, depends on which direction the sun or wind is coming from.
Cheers Bryan.

Have a look on Ebay under caravan accessories. They're always coming through - different sizes and shapes.

Hi Braggy,

I purchased one to suit my dometic rollout awning, From Barnes caravan spares at landsvale NSW for around $140 to suit 4m long awning. Very good quality, Australian made.

Cheers Macca
