Talk to the supplier or manufacturer - surely the two halves of the hitch should have been supplied with a new unit?

I agree John
Can't see how they could sell you a new unit without one!
How would you even pick it up initially?

Same as any basic trailer I suppose. You dont get a 50mm tow ball with them.
(Possibly some cost cutting involved)

Meggsy you should have got it all when you picked up the unit, I'd be going back to where you got it from and ask for the fitting. If you have no joy Give the guys at Treg a call I think they are based in Sth Aust.

Hi Meggsy,

We picked up our Cub last year from the factory in Sydney complete with Tregg hitch and it came with the required part for the tow bar. I had checked with the agent in Tassie when we purchased and was assurred that this would be the case. So like other respondents I'd be chasing it up with Cub and/or the distributor.
