Anyone know who does repairs to Tellit 550 model GSM Sat Phones in WA or Oz?
I googled without success.
It has a problem with one key on the touchpad - the one you need to get a menu to connect to the sattelites!
Also I've "temporarily misplaced" (read lost) the danged charger, so will need another.
Can't seem to locate who you go to to get such repairs and replacements etc.
Anyone been down this road before me?
Cheers & thanks in advance.

I smashed my Telit 500 screen and aerial took it to the mobile phone repairers in Midland
Gate shopping Ctr (opposite BigW) FANTASTIC SERVICE. Apologised that they couldn't do it there and then and could I come back in 30minutes. Total bill about $86 I'd been quoted $350 from a Telit agent just to look at it before the service cost of repairs.
This crowd are Chinese don't speek much English but excellent service,

Hi Flywest,
Try Satellite Appliance Sales (SAS) 08 9240 1004, I think they are one of the agents in
Perth.
Cheers,
Jerry

Hi Flywest,
I was told by the WA agents that all repairs have to be done in
Sydney. I had to send
mine over to get the internal battery replaced. They did it from the
Perth agent and Telit returned it direct back to me.
