Looking at doing Camerons Cnr Innaminca vis the
Bore track next june. I have a Holden Fronteria and off road camper.
What are the track conditions like, can I tow the camper or should I go via Merty Merty?

Hi Willie
A lot will depend on the weather. If you have good rains in the 1-2 weeks beforehand forget it! You won't even get through Merty Merty. I've been at
Innamincka and waited a week for them to open any road which will get you out of there. Otherwise corrugations will be your big problem. Don't know anything about your Frontera but good luck and enjoy it!

You could drive a Commodore to Cameron's corner. But not if it rains!

We went thru there in 02 was easy except for a couple of wash outs but they had more rain recently so i'd
check current track condition with Bollards Lagoon
Homestead before you go. Track through oil fields is kept in good condition by Santos so they can access their wells. Recomend the Track as scenery is haeps better than via Merty & a lot less traffic.Regards Bob
