Hi Guys,
Heading off on a 3 week trip next Wednesday and I'm after bulk jerky or biltong (Love both) About a year ago I bought 1kg of Biltong from a SA supplier and it was great.
Interested to hear any recommendations. I have done a google search and found these guys
http://www.jerky.com.au/ They seem expensive though at 120 dollars for 1kg.

Thanks mate. At less than half the cost of the blokes I found this is looking like a good option if they can get the stuff to me in
Sydney by Tuesday.

You can try
Tiaro meats and Bacon

They do a good beef jerky around $100 a kg, all done on the premises.
Also hams, salami, bulk beef cuts etc.
No affiliation, just a happy customer.

I've had some Biltong from Springbok foods, and it was tasty, and seemed reasoably priced.
Thier price list also includes black balls at 10 cents each, but as ithey specialise in South African food, I was too scared to try them.
Cheers
