Hi everyone,
New to the camper trailer game. A colleague has a Lifespan camper trailer for sale. Does anyone have any
views about them. Jimbo

Lifespan
My son looked at them at the
Sydney camping show and was not impressed with them, he said that the trailers were of a less than solid build and with suspect methods of attaching accessories.
He could not find any solid welds anywhere on them and the seals are next to useless due to gaps in the panels due to just spot welds instead of seam welds.
He also mentioned that the
water tank was attached with two thin straps that were rivited on with a tack weld to support them.
The tent looked ok but the trailer was not up to his idea of rugged enough for on road let alone rougher off road.
For sale new at $4400.00
Colin.

Here is a pic of their flimsy attachment of the
water tank in their "Extreme Off Road" model, check the pop rivets holding the
tank in. Just imagine what 80+ kilos of
tank could do to that in just a few Km's of rough road, mind boggling.
