I am Driving a 2 Berth Motor home from Darwin to Perth
Leaving on Saturday 22 August & flying out of Perth on Sunday 30th August

How can i find out where the best free camping spots are ? if there are any.
The Motor home will have its own power(My Honda Eu20i) , but i will have to send the generator back to Darwin via road freight. -this part I am still thinking about, as I may use greyhound bus freight.
But keen to know if there are any free or good caravan parks to stay at.
Thanks Regards Matthew

Hi Mathew,
grab a "Camps Australia Wide 5" from BCF or one of the book shops or camping shops; you won't regret it, it will help you heaps. It also contains Hema maps with the camp spots marked on them.

EIGHT DAYS!!!!! It took me four months to do what your doing and that was rushing it lol. DeGrey River is one such spot just short of Port Hedland but be prepared to share it with a whole lot of others. Sounds like you're delivering a Britz!

He is probably relocating the motorhome from one capital to another for the hire company. They give you 8 days from Darwin to Sydney or Perth.

In that part of the country, practically anywhere you choose to. Good luck.
