G.Day All... Arrived home in Sydney from St George Saturday 5 pm. I should say I was glad to get back, BUT, If this trip was any indication of what a Gathering is about, I can only say I was very impressed and congratulations to everyone. The Members that attended, the members that organised the events and Sir Kev and Sam, thank you for organising a Great Event. I have attended a few events in the past and St George Gathering was outstanding. Thank you Sir Kev and Sam for all your hard work prior to the gathering and over the past week. You excelled yourselves. Thank you to all the members that welcomed me to their camp fires for the evenings prior to the camp fire nights. My better half Joan, would say it must be the women I look for when I'm away. I can assure you that if you girls are a representation of women on the Forum, I can only say, you are the sort of women I will spending some time with again. ( and all your Blokes as well ). I realy appreciated your company. Thanks to Colin (our trip leader) a job well down at short notice. Not that he meant to get lost or miss a few places on the first trip. He has planned to sent the Breakfast Caf'e at Ballone a full set of Dinnerware and Cutlery. But then, Wednesday's trip was perfect. Nindigully Hotel did have Twelve plates. So only half had to wait for the second sitting.
As far as my journey home, it was a bit tiring for thr XTrail, with the overloaded Tvan but we made it to Musslebrook before the rain slowed everything down so the trip from there was pretty slow for everybody. Again a big thank you to everyone and I'm looking forward to my next gathering. regards Steve.B.

Steve,

I hope to see you again at the next one, but this time I think you will be BANNED from entering any Raffles LOL

Cheers Kev

What raffles???
I only bought the tickets. The sellers should be held responsible.
Anyway, What goes around, comes around...

Hi Kev
Yeah, would be great to hear that the Hen wine does what it's name suggests, but I guess we will hear from Steve in due course.
Great to meet you all as well and congrats on a top job
Cheers Ray & Justene
