Thetford are saying, "Note: The Cassettte
Toilet C2, C3 and C4 are no longer in production. Off course (They admit they are lost??), Thetford still provides service and spare parts for these models. For further assistance please contact us."
Porta Potti | Geoff,
Grey hair is hereditary, you get it from children. Baldness is caused by watching the Wallabies.

Seasons greeting Geoff.
Did you mean to say "They admit they have lost" the market to copies rather than "They admit they are lost".
Its not like you to mince or mix your words so is that hereditary thing allowing too much sunshine in and affecting you.

I think Geoff is refer to them saying: "Off course, Thetford still provides service and spare parts for these models." - what about providing service and parts for people who are ON course?! :-)
(Perhaps they meant to say "Of course...")

Don't know what the cassette series features were, or what situations they were designed for.
They are still manufacturing the more common PP 1, pp 2, and pp 4 series crappers however so there's no need to panic, or go out and buy a new shovel:-)

The cassette is for the insitu series dunnies for motorhomes and caravans that you can take out and empty.
Although that does sound strange to me now too as it has been very popular if you dont want a black waste
tank and that is my option I have two and its easier to find a dump or dig a dump that search for a
dump point for a
tank.

Ive just come back from looking at a new installation of the Dometic Vacuum
toilet and they claim no smell no chemicals and little
water it is supposed to be taken from the ones in planes.
It still has a cassette that you have to empty.
Some old blokes may remember the old joke What has fourty bleep tins and flies.?
I used to think that must be a big motor we still had a horse and cart.
A Sanitary cart.
