Hi everyone
Please post them up here !
What about mum's recipe's... you know the old fashioned ones, for insects, sand flies, midgies. and just plain old "itchy bites"
One shot cures all type ones..
The more, the merry-er
Cheers

For mossies
equal parts dettol and baby oil.
Some add another of metho so 3 equal parts.
I only use the dettol and baby oil.
You can add 1-2 drops of citronella oil if you like its smell.

Fiona mixes 100mm of Citronella with Candle Wax (equivalent of 6 candles) - melt wax and blend the other stuff & put it in a used 500gm steel coffee can - then she sticks a Wick up the centre as it starts setting.
Lasts a long time and does good job around van, tent and or campfire. We use them at
home in various sizes but mainly the 500gm tin is a good size.
