Hi
i have recently purchased a jayco 1985 camper trailer over the
easter weekend we had a trial run putting up the caravan and sleeping in it we noticed when we came to the bed sections at either end that two of the external supports were missing can you purchase these from anywhere

You'll probably have to order them through the local dealer.
We had to replace one of the steel bars along the edge of the bed. When I first opened our new 2nd hand camper trailer & forgot to put the support bars in !!!
Anyway $50 later, the
Sydney Jayco dealer got us a new bar from
Melbourne.

Have a look under the mattresses you'll probably find them placed there for travel. Keeps them secure and you are less likely to leave them on the ground and forget them as you drive off.

Hi
as others said
check under bed mattresses or even in amongst annexe poles.
could try Jayco (Blacktown NSW: 02 9623 1971) or even Camec or make your own. Camec in Ingleburn: 02 8706 0888 or Kogarah: 02 9588 3400.
even try phoning some local caravan sales yards in case they have some spare. cheers....

you could very easily manufacture a couple using rigid 20mm gal elec conduit,
available from any elec wholesale place for about 12 bucks a length,
