Hi Greendog...
Think you better check weather and conditions before you leave...
They had horrendous rain up that way today - worst in 20 years...
Andamooka and Roxby washed out and inaccessible...
Saw Paranchiina mentioned too (35mm?)
Broken Hill got a severe pelting this morning...
Better check..

Hi Greendog,
We are currently in Leigh Creek and the rain here was emense lotsa flooding and creeks still running now , lotsa Debre on the roads including 1.5 m of mud . we are Isolated still .
Might take a couple days to clear all the roads.
Sorry for the bad news.
