I'm planning a 2 week trip in late August / early September and planning to stay at
Tamworth, Byron Bay,
Gold Coast and
Maroochydore. Will most likely stay in cabin accommodation in the
well located caravan parks. Will I need to book ahead at this time of year or can I keep my options open and just turn up?

Out of school holidays I would not think booking cabin accommodation will be a problem, caravan sites get taken up with
grey nomads though.
