No there are none.
Closest would be Willie Creek, then Barred Creek to the north.

Neither, it is north of Broome off the Cape Leveque Road (dirt, corrugated, but 2WD), next on the left after Willie Creek.

Cheers,
Peter

Barred Creek is a beautiful place to camp. We spent 3 nights there on our 2 month honeymoon through the Kimberley and didn't see another single person those entire 3 days.

What we did see was pods of whales jumping and swimming about 1km off shore though. It was absolutely amazing.

There are signs in parking areas eg at Cable beach expressly forbidding camping, and it is policed. Good camping along the northern beaches but there is plenty of competition for the places available ie accessible, flatish, out of the wind, away from mozzies etc.

Haven't the times changed........ I have camped right on Cable Beach at the old Bali Hai caravan park... It's was back in the early '80s though. 'Spose they need now for parking as the last time I was there the park was long gone..
