Possibly a dumb answer, but did you try contacting the manufacturer and ask them ?

There is an excellent post by a EO member who has been in the business of making, selling & repairing canvas products for over 40 years. In his post je covers all aspects of canvas problems etc...do a search of the
Forum. I am sorry I cannot think of the members name but I can recall reading his post & found it very informative.

I have a KK and got caught out in that dust storm that hit
Sydney last year ( we were in West Wyalong )
When I got
home 4 days later, I thoroughly wet the camper.....hosed most of it off.....then with a soft brush that normally goes on the end of a hose for washing the car, used it with the hose on a hard spray pattern......starting at the top and working my way down ( 1 section at a time ) and the canvas came up as new !!!
Took approx 2 hrs, and if the above doesn't get rid of the mildew as
well, then that may be another issue ???
