How do I get to check individual fuel prices now? has this facility gone? I used to be able to click on each state and compare site prices. What am I missing?

Like a lot of web sites they are designed and run by people who have never left their computer desks and while they can get more and more technical with all of the bells and whistles they sometimes forget about the needs of those who mostly use them. Who really cares what the average fuel costs in Vic or where ever, all I'm interested in is how much will I need to have available to pay for fuel in some remote part of this great land of ours. Explore Oz used to be a great site to find this, along with road conditions and other information, sadly I think some of the changes that have been made are for the worse. Explore Oz is still a great site , lets hope they can improve it and get back to giving information from the coal face, not the propaganda that comes from some government organisations.

Ah yes the never ending FUEL debarkle....it's certainly frustrating especially when the Gov'ts over the past 20 years could not give a Rats bleep!!! You don't win elections by controlling the people who pay you lots of $$$$ to make sure you stay towing the line in regard to the fuel watch pussy....ooops sorry watch dog!!!! I have a basic rule expect to pay $2 a litre for diesel EVERYWHERE anything under that is a bonus!!!
