Does anybody know...

...if a long range fuel tank can be fitted into the Landcruiser VDJ76R (the 4 door troopy)?

Thanks in advance

Hi Rod I fitted a Longranger to my 09 76 Wagon and its been great well worth the money its now given me the Range I need I paid around $1030 for it at oine of the Off Road shows and a mate and I fitted it although it was a bit of a pain as we had to remove the towbar to do it. I just got back from a trip yesterday and I am very happy with the product and they even have how to fit videos posted on youtube
Cheers

Thanks fella's.

I just brought a 78R Workmate Troopy with 36,000k's on the clock this morning from an Auction house (per auction purchase).

So Ray how many ks per litre do you get out of your 76 series?? My ex 75 series with 4.5lt petrol returned 5.6ks per litre, I assume I'm going to do better than that??

Thanks
Rod

Rod we checked our economy yesterday and with some really heavy going in sand and slow stuff over rocky outcrops loaded with a lot of gear the cruiser returned a figure of about 14.8 L/100 Km which I was very happy with as it does very similar on road as well.
