G'day all,
just wondering if anyone has done the trek to Alexander's Hut region, west of
Bega recently, it's in the Boiling Billy book. not sure if we could take our small van in there.
cheers Unc

We went there in Sep 2008 and I don't think there was even a need for a 4WD, so if your 'small van' is the one in your profile picture, I wouldn't expect you'd have any problems at all.
We travelled in from the north (Snowy Mtns Hwy, t/o near Brown Mtn), spent the night at
the hut, then out to the south/east (towards
Bega) in the morning.
