Image Could Not Be FoundHi Tuck
We had a great trip last April along the Old Eyre Hwy and Old Coach Road from Nullarbor
Homestead to Madura. There is plenty to see: old homesteads, a number of enormous deep
caves and plenty of
rock holes just for starters. We spent two nights
camping with plenty of wood and flat sites. We hardly saw another vehicle. I would suggest you get Hema SE and a SW Desert Track maps. They indicate all the sights and each one is worth stopping at -
well that's what we found. You also need a good map, and a GPS with appropriate maps, is very helpful as the tracks can become quite muddled. We also advise a map as most
the caves and
rock holes you can't see as you drive along but with a map you're watching out for them. I'll try to put up a couple of pictures.
Highly recommended route.
Cheers Megan
