This might seem like a trivial ask, but I'll go ahead anyway!! ;)

We bought a 2002 Jayco Heritage caravan with the intention of 'taking off' on a bit of a working holiday... change of plans - we have bought a Licensed Post Office, General Store (just off the Pacific Highway south of Macksville!) WITH a nice 3 bedroom house instead, so now we are tidying up the van to sell it!!

What I am looking for is the little roller guides that go on the curtain rings to hang the centre 'Privacy Curtain' and I cannot find them anywhere! Have tried Lincraft, Spotlight, Bunnings etc! Anyone have any suggestions other than replacing the track!?

Many thanks,
Anne-Marie (aka 'Postmistress'!)

If it's the little things I'm thinking of, I got some years ago at just my local little caravan supplies store - I would think that most well stocked caravan supply shops should have them. Good luck. :)

No worries. If not, a google search should come up with plenty of online stores - a few of the bigger ones should have what you're after.

Hi Anne-Marie

I cannot visual what yours are like, but check out Caravans Plus.

If the link doesn't open on the right page, go to Windows - Curtains. They have accessories for the curtain hangers we have, and i have purchased other caravan spares from them.

Thanks so much, MH - already tried numerous online caravan shops with no joy! The girl at Lincraft knew what we were asking for but said they had not stocked them for a few years!!!! :(

I'll keep looking - fingers crossed! Don't really want to replace the curtain track!

Looking forward to a change of scenery at the Post Office and General Store!! :)

Cheers,
Anne-Marie

Surprised to hear you say that Spotlight don't carry them. Our van did not have a privacy curtain when we bought it so we installed one using a track & runners that we bought from Jayco here in Newcastle & when ordering the fabric from Spotlight I noticed that they carried all the necessary fittings as well, & they were cheaper than Jayco.
Good luck with your new venture & hope it works out well for you. Cheers

Thank you very much for your kind words, Barry! Looking forward to the new venture and we're hoping to see a few EO members and visitors call in along their travels along the Pacific Highway! Watch this space for an 'announcement' once we've moved either around Xmas or in January. :)

I think it is our old style curtain track that's the problem - the newer ones have those little accessories that slide along the track on the inside, whereas the ones I am looking for has a little guide wheel that runs on either side of the curtain track!

The search continues!

Cheers,
Anne-Marie

Hi Kath,
Many thanks for that tip! Maybe I'll just have to get it from our nearest Jayco dealer in Newcastle. :)
Cheers,
Anne-Marie
