rest stop in the West

Derby,ready for all of you travellers coming to see the

Excellent initiative.
I hope there are
toilets there as
well for those that do not carry black water?
In NSW there are many roadside stops that look like
toilet paper wastelands.
You would not let the kids out of the car.
