Hi all,
i am currently planning a trip for up around the N.T later this year. can anyone tell me if you can drive from the Stuart Hwy through Epenarra Station and through to
Barkly Homestead Roadhouse?
have been trying to get current info, but only finding information from a few years back saying that is no longer allowed, and my map says it's a private road.
if it is not allowed in general, does anyone know if you can contact Epenarra station to get there permission to traverse their property?
if the above is possible, would anyone have the stations contact details at all.

You question is often asked, and yes, the road is closed to the public. Epenarra Station phone number should be on HEMA maps (which i do not have). The owners were helpful to us when we were in the area, so you could always ask.

cheers for the help all....
i was at Glen and Amandas last night using their computer to ask the above question, therefore logged in under their name automatically. along with our family, Glen and Amanda and their family and a few other friends are planning a 5 week trip up around
Kakadu later this year, just trying to plot a return route
home.
will give the station a call sometime this week when i get a chance and see what they have to say, can't hurt to ask.
