We are currently at the Temora,NSW,Airport C/P, have been for the past week. What a hive of activity this town has been over the
Easter break. From the Recreational Aviators Association's Natfly to the Jetboat racing, Museum's, (Rural and Aircraft) clubs and the busy main street. We have had a fantastic time and met some wonderful, friendly people. A big thank you to the people of Temora for your hard work and enthusiasm. Here are a couple of quick videos I took. Cheers,Bob

Unbelieveable in the flesh Pete. Could not imagine having reflexes like that. The boat has a navigator that points the way and the driver somehow follows. Only found out today that was the Australian Championships as we only made it for the last three boats. That guy is a Farmer from
Mildura as
well as the champion.Cheers,Bob.

Hi Toyocrusa,
As another reply said Temora is a hidden gem. I had only heard about the aviation museum so I went for a visit in 06 on our trip back from the Great Ocean Road. That was before the airport caravan park opened. Even better now they have a good caravan park.
And of course no visit to Temora would be complete without a visit to the White Rose Cafe. Thoroughly recommended.
And of course another highlight is their flying weekends which occur once a month when they fly the planes from the museum. Got to get back there for one of them.
The White Rose Cafe really takes you back in time with its fifties and sixties theme. Posters around the walls of Elvis and many others from that era. One of the best examples I have seen. We only stumbled onto it while waiting for the museum to open.
Well worth the trip.
Cheers, Bruce.

Well there you go Bruce. Haven't found the White Rose, had lunch at the Round About cafe and the Railway Pub, coffee and cake at Zest and dinner at the ex Servos and all were perfect. Spent quite a few hours at the Info centre/Rural Museum (all fairly new or revamped) and then all the other stuff. Sadly, we leave tomorrow so that is a good excuse to come back again next year. Cheers,Bob.
