Connie Sue Hwy Feedback

Just completed the connie sue from warburton to cocklebiddy. The track between warburton and Neale junction was ok with washaways and corrugations. Nothing impassable. However the track south of Neale junction especially from Premier downs, was mud, mud and more mud. We were lucky to make it through. It started raining while we were out there and never stopped. 5 cars, 80 series diesel = 110L fuel, 80 series petrol = 170L fuel, 2.8 td patrol = 125L fuel, 3.5L jackaroo = 160L fuel, KJ jeep petrol = 150L fuel.

and there was water in tank at neale junction and toilet was good. Needs some more lime tho. The cooper bore tank also had water in it and seemed to be in working order.

Hi Wizzer

I can truly believe what it is like. There were some big bog holes on the Rawlinna to Cocklebiddy Track last year and I can imagine the trouble from the people that were caught out there. I bet it would have also been very boggy south of Shed Tank.

Cheers

Stephen
