Well we arrived in HC a week ago and I can't believe how busy the main street can get, and its not quite peak season yet.

Diesel is 165.9 at the shell garage, and 4 cents less if you have a coles voucher,,,,, I think the nearest coles is Kununarra, I'll find out tomorrow as we are going there for the weekend. The other garages in town are next to the Toyota outlet and diagonally across from the Shell.
I don't know what the cost of fuel is at Toyota, but the Independent has several pumps but all except one has an out of order sign on them, and I think that is also out of order!

I haven't seen any exploroz stickers, but I'll keep a lookout. If your in town give me a ring on 0427 452706 and we can have a coffee at the bakery.

I went detecting a couple of days ago about 40 km out of town and found $1.05, a fishing hook and a few other odds and ends.

The butcher sells very good meat, worth a try. The IGA is small but has reasonable stock and the prices aren't too bad.

Thats it for now.

G'day Neil

We flew across this time.

We just didn't have time to drive across.

We arrived home from Griffith on a Sunday afternoon and the left home on Wednesday morning to fly here.

We hope to be in Bunbury again in the next 6 months.

Lookforward to seeing you again.

Snoopyone

I went for a few walks around town and the airport and I reckon there would be about 10,000 cans around town.

Fuel is usually a lot cheaper at Wyndham so worth checking that out if you're going that way.

Kanga we flew up.

However I use a white camry with a white bullbar on when I go out of town prospecting.

Would you believe we were in Kununarra on the weekend and stayed at the Kununarra hotel.

Fred, even though it's wet and cold we will be glad to get home when we have finished here. I have a bit of work to do around the house, like replacing a deck 18 x 2.4mtrs, and we haven't seen friends for a while.

We have worked it out that we are away about 9 months of the year. Initially we were going to work about 8 months, but there is so much work around it isn't funny.

I am going out this morning to do a bit of prospecting, I'll let the world know if I find any.

Boo Boo,

Its a couple of years now but there was a tyre store down the street that became the Duncan Hwy. The woman who ran it was very helpful in sorting out several of our vehicles in a very timely manner. Tossing wheels around had made her stronger than most blokes.
